All flyers, posters, and cd&dvd duplications will be branded with "print by mindzaiprint.net" in a small font on the side. If you want this removed please notify us at the time you place your order.

Gangrun printing is a happy medium of price, quality, and timely service. EXACT COLOR AND CUTS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. Regardless we take every step necessary to make sure that the final product is as close to the files submitted as possible.

If your job is color specific or requires custom cuts please notify your sales rep when placing your order and we facilitate your order through our custom prints department. Additional charges will apply.

Mindzai is not responsible for damages nor will we issue refunds for color and or cut inaccuracies.

If you are paying for a Mindzai Design please take the time to review your proof thoroughly. We proof all design jobs and do not goto print until they are approved via email. We spell check all flyers and review them for accuracy, but the ultimate responsibility falls on you. Any revisions after approval will be billed accordingly and may effect the project due date.

Our standard design rate is $75 an hour, and our prices reflect the "average" time it typically takes to design that project. Additional charges may apply for extensive design services. You will be contacted immediately if your design exceeds our standard design fees.

If you make changes to the wording or creative direction of your design after we have started additional charges will apply. Granted we want to create phenomenal designs for all our clients, but we do not design samples for customers that want to "see if they like the design first". If you give us a direction we will do our best to create it for you. If we dont do it right we will fix it. However if you request a specific creative direction and once the work is done you decide you dont like the design you are entitled to 2 color and or layout changes per order. This includes changing fonts, background colors, moving text, etc. This does not include redesigning the entire flyer. Likewise, if you give us no creative direction you are at the mercy of our designers. Revisions to text, adding logos, changing dates, venues, etc are subject to revision fees. Any changes above and beyond the 2 mentioned revisions will be billed accordingly. Ultimately Mindzai will determine what are complimentary revisions and what will be billed.

Mindzai is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or damaged by third party shipping companies. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in shipping we will forward you all the pertinent shipping info so you can track, trace, or place a claim on your order. Our staff will also do our best to assist you through this process. In any event Mindzai will not be held liable for any damages arising out of shipping delays, damages, or errors.

We require payment in full upfront on all jobs. Orders will not be processed without payment. We only accept cash and all major credit cards.

All orders are subject to a +/- 10% over/under run.

Our print deadline is 5pm daily. Once submitted most orders will goto print that same night. Jobs cannot be canceled once in production, so call us immediately at 866.283.3472 if you need to pull your job. If we can, we will facilitate your request. Full or partial refunds will only be issued for printing mistakes made by Mindzai. All refunds will be determined on a per project basis by management.
